- ¼ cup Self Raising Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Pinch of Salt (Try Community Co Salt Grinders)
- ¼ cup + 1 tbsp Community Co Milk
- 2 tbsp Community Co Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp Community Co Hazelnuts Chopped
- 1 Community Co Chocolate Coated Ice Cream Cones
How to make
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir hazelnuts, oil and milk into dry ingredients.
- Place batter into mug ensuring enough room for the cake to rise.
- Put mug into microwave on top of a paper towel and microwave on high for 70 seconds (for 950 watt microwave on high power).
- Pull mug out of microwave, unwrap ice cream and place ice cream into mug cake (use spoon to create a hole/space if needed).
