Ingredients

- 2 dozen swiss brown mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 125g Community Co Double or Triple Brie, diced
- 1 180g Community Co sun-dried tomatoes, chopped.
- Thyme, for garnish
How to make
- Brush mushroom caps with olive oil
- Spoon chopped sun-dried tomatoes into mushrooms cap.
- Cover a baking tray with baking paper or foil. Bake at 180 C for 10 minutes.
- Top with cheese and bake for 3 minutes until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with thyme.
